Tom Redfern

Tom has spent his life working across various agricultural enterprises. He started his working life as a jackaroo at Thargomindah, QLD. From there, he has worked on farms in Tasmania growing wool, morphine poppies and peas. Later, he has grown avocados in Bundaberg as well as managed greenhouse production. His most recent work has been in broadacre irrigated and dryland cropping in northwest NSW.

Tom also spent several years as a Biological Agronomist working with farmers to work towards regenerative farming methods.
