Landscape Rehydration Workshop
Water heals landscapes!
Learn how to read water processes to interpret landscape health. Discover the strategies that deliver results. This introductory Landscape Rehydration event supported by Kiewa Catchment Landcare Groups provides a foundational understanding of a farm’s water cycle and our approaches to rehydrating rural landscapes.
Presented by David Hardwick of Soil Land Food, explore a range of strategies including natural structures that can optimise a farm’s water cycle and improve landscape function.
This workshop offers you an opportunity to participate in the construction of brush-based natural structures.
Kiewa Catchment Landcare Groups is the Landcare network for the Kiewa Catchment with an engaged and connected community that values and cares for thriving and resilient natural environments, farmlands and landscapes throughout the Kiewa Catchment.
Mulloon Institute is a leading research and education organisation helping to build resilient regional communities by supporting the long-term, sustainable growth of Australian agriculture.
