Kathy Kelly

Kathy is a chartered accountant, registered company auditor and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kathy is also a Director of Plant Health Australia Limited and Landcare NSW Limited.

Kathy resigned from her executive role at Mulloon Institute in December 2025 and has since taken on the role of Inaugural Chair of the Mulloon Farm Advisory Committee. This Committee assists the CEO with issues surrounding the Institute’s farms in Bungendore.

Until June 2019 Kathy was a director of Boyce Chartered Accountants where she had a long career in practice where she specialised in the support of both family and corporate farms. Kathy has held various appointments including advising the Federal Government on the industry impacts of legislation and ‘red tape’ in small business, and R&D tax concessions.

Kathy has direct experience in the governance and management of charities including the establishment of two public benevolent institutions that were formed subsequent to the 2020 summer bushfires.

Kathy brings her financial skills, governance and widespread agricultural experience to her role. She is passionate about rural and regional areas and the people and businesses in those communities.
