As a conventional farmer with 6,000 acres of farmland, Tony Coote knew first-hand how dehydrated Australia’s land had become. He and his wife Toni decided to convert to regenerative farming methods and their success has inspired countless other farmers and led the establishment of the Mulloon Institute.
