Dr Donna Hazell
Donna has been involved in biodiversity conservation in the south east of NSW for over 25 years - in the research sector, private industry, for state and federal government and as a long-term Landcare volunteer.
With a PhD in landscape and conservation ecology she has tackled conservation issues through the lens of ecological research, strategic planning, policy development, regulatory work, community engagement and on-farm extension. Her work has spanned topics such as conserving frogs on farms, grazing for grassland conservation and conserving freshwater wetlands in the face of climate change.
Donna is currently working with the NSW Biodiversity Trust.
