Matt is an experienced corporate partner with Mills Oakley who is licenced to practice law in Australia, Hong Kong and New York. He advises public and private companies, funds, charities and government bodies on governance and compliance issues. Matt is a member of the NSW Law Society and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He guest lectures at the University of Sydney on corporate law issues.

Matt’s family has been a financial supporter of the Mulloon Institute since 2018. Matt is currently Chair of the Mulloon Law Committee and has been lobbying for regulatory and legislative change on behalf of the Mulloon Institute since 2019.

Matt believes a key role of the Institute is to assist landholders to farm sustainably and profitably – helping them repair and rehydrate their land while profitably producing high quality agricultural products.
