Cath is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Chair and independent agribusiness consultant with expertise in sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, health and water. She brings together practical farming experience with strong capabilities in strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement and ESG.

Cath currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Southern Rural Water and the Western Victoria Primary Health Care Network. She is the past Chair of Vic Catchments and the Corangamite Catchment Management Authority, and is a member of the Victorian Agriculture and Climate Change Council, providing independent expert advice to the Victorian Minister for Agriculture.

In addition to her board roles, Cath operates an independent agribusiness consultancy, supporting organisations, producers and industry bodies across Australia in areas of farm management, capability development, sustainable practice adoption and regional planning.

Cath and her family own and operate a grazing property in South West Victoria – previously a dairy enterprise with pasture-raised poultry. In 2022, Cath was nominated for The Weekly Times Shine Awards and was a finalist for the Victorian Rural Woman of the Year in 2017. Cath’s commitment to sustainable agriculture and environmental restoration continues to support resilient landscapes and thriving rural communities.

Cath has been appointed as a Director on the Board of Mulloon Institute in November 2025.
