Glen is a purpose-driven professional with over 20 years’ experience working alongside communities in land management, biodiversity conservation, philanthropy, and First Nations partnerships. Glen has led corporate operations, designed and delivered on-ground programs, and has built strong relationships across NGOs, government, community, and philanthropy, particularly in regional and remote Australia.
Passionate about functional landscape restoration, Glen believes in initiatives that support participation and sustainable communities to promote ownership of the shared responsibility of healthy Country. Glen has a commitment to First Nations and wider community engagement, focusing on establishing a mutually beneficial ‘right way’ approach to environmental stewardship based on respect and inclusivity.
