Jeanette Rawlings brings 30 years of experience in finance, governance, and executive leadership across professional services and for-purpose organisations. She has led major organisational change, built high-performing teams, and strengthened governance frameworks, delivering measurable growth and resilience.
As CFO of Mulloon Institute, Jeanette provides strategic financial stewardship, supports long-term sustainability, and drives effective governance and risk management. Her past executive roles include CFO of Australian Wagyu Association and Pharmaceutical Society of Australia, and ownership of Raw Chartered Accountants, and past Directorships included Australian Highland Cattle Society and Royal National Capital Agricultural Society.
Deeply engaged in the regenerative agriculture movement, Jeanette lives on her family farm near Bemboka, practising sustainable farming and connecting closely with Mulloon’s mission to restore landscapes and build resilient communities.
