TMI’S Board has now completed its Strategic Plan for the next three years. This was a substantial piece of work that commenced several months ago (pre COVID-19) with a workshop. Our CEO, Carolyn Hall and consultant Richard Forbes pulled it all together and presented it at our June Board meeting where, following much discussion and analysis, it was approved with a resolution to move quickly on its implementation. No doubt it is ambitious, but with so much interest in our work and in regenerative agriculture more broadly, the Board is confident that the timing is right.

Vision

To be a global leader in regenerative agriculture through the use of world class scientific research, education and demonstration. To build resilient landscapes that provide food and water security and support healthy ecosystems.

Mission

To actively demonstrate, validate and share regenerative agriculture practices in order to create sustainable and resilient environments now and into the future.

Our Promise

To ensure all funding, both public and private, is used transparently and effectively to provide the best possible outcomes for farmers and other key stakeholders.

To achieve our goals, we have set ourselves many projects within five strategic pillars, namely governance, programs, people & culture, financial resilience and finally partnerships.

I’ll keep you posted on the hard work which has already commenced!
