After growing up between the Liverpool Plains and Inner-City Sydney, Louis knew he wanted to be in agriculture. Since 2019, he has worked in southern NSW over several farming properties. He recently managed a remote property in southern NSW, where we worked to restore and promote the value of the property through building natural capital, without the use of livestock.
Louis gained valuable experience in this position, while also working as a contractor to sheep and cattle stations on the southern Monaro. Learning from the best holistic managers, farmers and First Nations knowledge holders, Louis brings this experience of natural ecosystems and agriculture together at Mulloon where he is working to harmonise both.
