LANDSCAPE PLANNER

Penny is an agricultural ecologist and came to work at Mulloon Institute in 2021, initially with the Mulloon Rehydration Initiative coordinating on-ground construction, monitoring and maintenance of the catchment wide program, then with the Learning Program leading tours on the Mulloon Institute’s farms.

Her formative experience on a conventional grazing property as it transitioned to holistic and regenerative practices sparked her passion for regenerative agriculture which led her to complete a Bachelor of Ecological Agricultural Systems. Through this she has gained a holistic, ecological perspective on the social, economic and environmental aspects of agricultural systems.

She now strives to be a facilitator of learning and change whilst developing project design and implementation skills as a Landscape Planner. Penny also has experience in vegetation management consulting, environmental project management, and as a Landcare coordinator.
