Rob has over 40 years’ experience as a CEO, CMO, consultant and advisor in strategic planning, marketing, sales and business growth to a wide range of businesses from startups to mature multinationals and from 3 employees to over 2,500 – both here and overseas. Rob started in Market Research with Colgate and Rothmans, moving into brand development and management, public relations, marketing, supply chain and general management with local and global companies in Australia, New York, London, Auckland and a decade in Indonesia and ASEAN managing, consulting and advising on export and domestic business. On his return to Sydney he was - for ten years - global head of strategy and marketing for Australia’s $3 Bn wool export industry. He has since helped fuel the success of a number of start-ups, several of which are now global ‘unicorn’ brands in their own sectors.

He specialises in fuelling business growth based on building strong relationships and teams focused on defining target markets, establishing clear positioning, creating market impact, driving business growth and generating the long-term value of brands.
