LiFT Manager

Sophie is an ecologist who has 20 years’ experience delivering research and natural resource management with not-for-profits, government organisations and Universities, in Australia and overseas. She manages the LiFT project which will streamline the monitoring of landscape function improvements. The project also supports the wider uptake of nature-based solutions, improved land management for climate resilience and improved biodiversity and social outcomes in rural and First Nations communities. 

Sophie has a strong interest in developing programs and tools around catchment health, sustainable livelihoods and climate adaptation and has skills in working with traditional owners, and developing community driven initiatives to deliver positive conservation outcomes.
