Tam has over thirteen years' experience delivering on national, high-profile, science and environmental education programs for governments, not-for-profits, educational institutes and community entities. 

As an enthusiastic science communicator, Tam has a flair for engaging people of all ages and knowledge bases in unique and novel ways. With qualifications in environmental management, sustainability and horticulture, Tam uses a participatory approach in growing the environmental literacy of individuals and communities. 

Tam advocates for greater connections between people and their environment as a pathway to understanding the role of regenerative practices in resolving contemporary environmental issues.
